I've now graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts degree and survived double-majoring in Journalism Advertising and Journalism Magazine with a minor in Italian.

On December 29th, I will leave for Italy where I will be teaching English to high schoolers in Salò, Lombardia in north-central Italy (about two hours east of Milan). It's a small town located on the shores of Italy's largest lake, Lago di Garda, and just a stone's throw from Valpolicella-producing lands in Verona.

The aforementioned location and the chance to be absolutely immersed in a piccolo Italian town are the two things I am most excited about.

I will keep everyone updated and continue to post about my life, travels, experiences, and food here.
